Bio

     Soprano/Storyteller Hope Shiver enjoys a varied and diverse career performing as an opera singer, dancer and singer in musical theater, actress for stage and film, and a writer and composer.

    Ms. Shiver's singing credits include performances with Houston Grand Opera, The Houston Symphony, and Theater Under the Stars.  She has toured internationally in  Sweden, France, Egypt, Italy, Japan, Greenland, and many other countries.

     Hope Shiver offers many programs for children and adult audiences:  Harriet Tubman, Sojourner Truth, King Rhythm, Voices of Hope, and Chocolate Divas.  She is on the performing artist rosters of Young Audiences of Houston, Northeast Texas and Southeast Texas.
